Pain at the front of the head and face is often described as Sinusitis.
In genuine Sinusitis, the best thing to do is cut out Dairy products, as these produce large ammounts of mucus, and follow your G.P.'s intructions.
Many cases of head and facial pain are wrongly described as Sinus Pain, because the pain overlies the sinuses.
This type of pain often originates in the neck and cranium.
The Orbicularis Oculi Muscle is an example of this.
This muscle may develop trigger points because of poor posture, whiplash injuries, clenching ones teeth, eye strain or upper neck dysfunction.
