David is the best there is. His skill is rare. I have been to David over the years for various ailments including long covid headaches, a shoulder injury which gave me years of pain and which David solved in a couple of sessions, perimenopause aches and recurring back problems. The great thing about David is he assesses the situation and then uses various methods including manipulation, dry needling, massage and cranial sacral massage to find the best way to eradicate and ease the pain. I know various tv and film stars visit David when in Glasgow. He’s the best in the world. And I’m so thankful to have found him.

Six months ago I was in a bad way with my hip. I was, and still am, awaiting a consultation for a hip replacement. Back in February I was having difficulty getting to sleep after climbing the stairs to my bedroom, and unfortunately the bathroom is downstairs and I get up four or five times each night. Climbing the stairs caused significant pain and I couldn’t lie down for half an hour each time. This meant I was losing about 2 hours sleep every night,
David asked if I would be willing for him to do trials with the K-Laser, and I agreed.

I had no idea what to expect, but I certainly did not expect the dramatic improvement that I got! That first night I had the best night’s sleep I’d had in four months! I was able to lie down without pain and get off to sleep perfectly. David continued the treatments twice a week for the next month, and then after a week, and after that lockdown happened and I had no further treatments until David reopened his clinic in July.

The wonderful thing has been that the initial improvement continued and has been sustained throughout lockdown. I regained the use of the muscles in my left thigh. In February I had been unable to lift my left leg properly. For instance to put on my socks or to get into bed I had to use my hands to lift that leg, and rising from chairs was impossible without using my hands to push myself up. After those initial weeks of treatment I can rise off most chairs without using my hands, and I take great pleasure in lifting that leg unaided.

I’m looking forward to having further treatment to see what else I can achieve..

I have seen David for a couple of sessions now , I have suffered terribly with chronic pain after a bash to my elbow a couple of years ago, resulting initially in nerve damage but with complex pain to the whole of my arm.

The lazer treatment has helped me massively & he's helped me to enjoy life & my job again, cannot recommend enough!

Been using David on and off for 6 years .
Various back injuries have led me to having lower back and hip problems.
This latest episode Was particularly bad , after attending Chiropractor I went back to David as soon as he had an appointment.

No acupuncture this time instead David used a Laser on me , Unbelievable results straight away mobility massive improved.

I had two appointments a week and it made a massive difference.
Now reduced to 1app a week as the improvement was so great David felt two appointments were no longer required.

David is brilliant , the laser is great it’s a non evasive treatment which doesn’t leave you in the same type of pain as other treatments.

David is very honest with you regarding your treatment and won’t have you coming in if it’s not required .

The results on this treatment have been brilliant , David is someone I have recommended to friends and has never not fixed someone.

If you’re struggling go and see him , get the treatment and you will be better.

Back in October 2009 I sustained a neck injury.
I went to see David about 3 months after hurting myself. Having already had a variety of treatments including physiotherapy, myofacsial release, ultrasound and acupuncture - all with little sustained benefit.

With David, I received deep tissue work, acupuncture and some manipulation. The improvement was slow, but started with the first treatment. I think it’s important to be patient in these situations. Longstanding things can take time.

I went to David firstly with a damaged shoulder. I was hardly able to move my arm more than 30 degrees in any direction. I had been to doctors then for X-rays and was told there was little that could be done to improve things except for getting "gold injections...steroid injections" every few months to help with the pain. Not something I was keen on. They called it tendonitis. David manipulated my shoulder for a number of sessions then did a few sessions of acupuncture work. The result after a few short months was that I now have complete mobility with no pain and no drugs..10 years later and still no problem. I have every confidence in David's ability and would be delighted to recommend him.

I have used David off and on for six years , Having suffered from severe back pain I was unable to participate in either Hill walking or running , over a period of months from meeting David I was able to climb Kilimanjaro , and run ( slowly) the New York marathon .

David was great, had the one session where he asked about my back pain and also gave some massage and cracked my back which completely relieved my pain! I had been having a sore back for almost a year, but had worsened the couple of months before I had my appointment.

Tried accupuncture as my back is quite sensitive to touch which didn’t really help my pains, and I really felt like I was just going to have to stop doing the things I love because of the pain.

After the one session David said I probably only needed another 30mins session if I wanted to. So was nice it didn’t feel like he was there to make money by booking in weekly sessions like other places. I would recommend him to anyone. Thank you so much!

I was introduced to David 5 years ago through another accident which left me on the brink of losing my Tree Surgery business. I was unable to carry on with my love for whitewater kayaking and snowboarding. NHS physio told me It was the end for me work and sport wise. However, due to Davids combined knowledge of sea kayaking and white water along with other sports and how they affect the body he has been able to tailor treatment expertly to both my work and sport life. Also he is not confined to one method of treatment having an on going professional ethic of learning a whole variety of different skills from Osteopathic Manipulation through deep massage to Acupuncture even down to dietary advice for certain problems.

I recently tore cartilage in my knee and was again informed by my GP that I was probably out of business.
David asked to try his laser treatment on my knee and the results have been outstanding. Definite tangible results. Another great addition to the drysdale treatment tool box

Did my lower back a week before my daughter’s wedding in Spain. Was getting worse daily and could hardly bend so managed to get an appointment with David the evening before we flew out. He asked a few questions then carried on with a laser heat treatment. What a difference -noticed it had improved when leaving surgery, next morning was almost back to normal and had forgotten about it by the wedding. Highly recommended!

David is the best osteo there is. I travel from Edinburgh to Glasgow to see him because he's so skilled at what he does. After 3 sessions, he's helped me hugely with wrist pain and nerve compression. I really enjoy the laser he uses. He's good chat too. Highly recommend.

I had visited a few osteopaths and physios for years before I was recommended David. Due to my profession I am prone to issues with my back. Previously I had to have repeat visits to an osteopath or physio every few weeks. Now, I go years between visits to see David as he takes the time to fully diagnose the exact problem and gives helpful advice on how to stop the issue reoccurring

I have used David multiple times over the years from debilitating head pain which he’s treated with cranial massage to laser treatment on osteoarthritis in spine with great results. I was recently to David with trapped nerve in back of neck giving me excruciating pain down right arm. After a few sessions with laser I’m having huge relief and well on the way to recovery. Don’t know what i’d do without him for various age related pains.
