Foot Pain, Ankle Pain, OsteopathyThe ankle & foot can also be effected by biomechanical conditions, usually when the arch of the foot is lost.

This can lead to plantar fasciitis, achilles tendonitis, bunions, ankle and knee pain, and nerve entrapments between the bones of the foot.

The foot & ankle is frequently injured in sport. It is vital that adequate time is allowed for the injury to heal. Acupuncture can help speed recovery.

Trigger Points often develop after an injury, causing stiffness, cramp and pain. Treatment of these trigger points should restore function.
